Opportunity 1: Volunteer Time and Skills

C.E.O. Women is committed to providing a dynamic, rewarding environment where members of the community can share their skills and expertise to make a profound impact in the live of low-income immigrant and refugee women.  C.E.O. Women offers both short and long-term opportunities to become involved, including the following:

  • Become a Board Member
  • Help Plan Events
  • Volunteer as a Photographer
  • Help with Community Outreach
  • Volunteer as a Translator (i.e. Spanish, Chinese and Vietnamese)
  • Volunteer as an Office Helper
  • Volunteer as an IT or Website Consultant
  • Provide Pro Bono Legal, Audit or Tax Services

Opportunity 2: Facilitate a Business Workshop or Classroom Training

Interact with C.E.O. Women students or graduates and provide practical, specialized information to low-income immigrant and refugee women who might otherwise have no access or financial means to consult an experienced professional or enroll in a specific business-related workshop.  Be a Guest Speaker or Workshop Presenter on any of the following business topics:

  • General Business Operations 
  • Conducting Market Research and Product Surveys
  • Product and Service Pricing
  • Business Taxes
  • Managing Business Finances
  • Marketing Image and Branding
  • Graphic Design
  • Public Relations
